**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen area.

**Responsibilities**

* Sanitize and prepare tableware, cooking utensils, and kitchen area for use before, during, and after services
* Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, and glassware through our dish machine
* Hand-wash and sanitize metal pots and pans in our 3-compartment sink
* Operate the glass washer to sanitize glass racks
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including wiping down walls and cleaning equipment

**Requirements**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
