Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring the proper sanitation of tableware and kitchen equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Monitor and maintain the dish machine, reporting any issues or malfunctions to management.
  • Ensure adequate levels of clean tableware and kitchenware are available for dining and kitchen staff.
  • Keep the dishroom and surrounding areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Bag and haul trash to the dumpster at designated times.
  • Handle tableware with care to prevent breakage and loss.
  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist with cleaning food preparation and production areas as needed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid, and loud environment for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop as required.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours at a time.
  • Ability to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds.
