Ruby Tuesday - Kitchen Staff / Porter / Cleaner

As a Dishwasher at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels. Your duties will include setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the dish machine area, following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware, as well as bagging and hauling dish room trash.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dishroom environment
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash
