About the Role

Sensor Tower is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Data Operations to join our Innovation and Strategy team. This pivotal role will oversee the delivery of custom enriched advertising and app data to our highest value clients, while also driving the transformation of our data operations with the next generation of tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product management and a strong understanding of ETL processes, SQL queries, and Python scripts. They will be responsible for managing the current tools and processes necessary to enrich and deliver data perfectly at a regular cadence, while also planning, designing, and executing on the next generation tools to help us optimize and scale up our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn our current data operations end-to-end to identify opportunities to transform and adapt for future scalability and growth.
  • Create and manage data models necessary to successfully deliver custom data for our current and future clients.
  • Work closely with other team members to understand current workflows and processes.
  • Coordinate with our engineering team to plan, design, and execute on the next generation tools to help us optimize and scale up our operations.
  • Support and grow our data quality function to ensure all data deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards.
  • Lead the expansion of the Data Operations Strategy team as we continue to grow.
Requirements
  • Experience in project/program management and tools.
  • Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling wizard, and not shy to showcase skills.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and SQL queries, Python scripts, and other tools to make yours and others' jobs easier.
  • Experience writing db code in a variety of languages and can QA code to ensure it's error-free.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work with diverse cross-functional teams to get things done.
