Position Summary:

  • Oversee the efficiency and quality of Heat Set and Calendaring operations
  • Supervise manufacturing workflows, ensuring product excellence and adherence to safety standards
  • Execute product setup procedures as per established guidelines
  • Accurately record production metrics and quality assessments
  • Perform in-process evaluations and quality checks
  • Adhere to safety regulations while maintaining an organized workspace
  • Facilitate training for new team members and support equipment upkeep

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent may be necessary
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in mathematical and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to regularly lift weights up to 50 lbs
  • Must be capable of following detailed instructions and product guidelines
  • Physical capability to maneuver and handle heavy machinery
