Job Title: Licensed Spa Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our team at Equinox. As a Licensed Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable experience for our Spa guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview and hire staff members
  • Develop and implement outreach marketing strategies for the spa
  • Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
  • Provide orientation tours and explain spa amenities offered
  • Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail
  • Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills
  • Valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
  • Ability to work with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and money handling skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
  • Team player
