Job Title: Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Equinox in Washington, DC. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to our members.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting
  • Analyze client needs and create a personalized treatment plan
  • Ensure the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift
  • Remain compliant with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes
Requirements:
  • Valid DC license or certification
  • Ability to generate new business and retain clients through treatment programs
  • Evening and weekend availability required (part-time and full-time positions)
  • In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and positive energy
  • Computer literacy
  • Ethical
