Luxury Hotel Sales Director

About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in our success as the Boutique Hotel Sales Manager. This dynamic position involves leveraging extensive sales and marketing expertise to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing initiatives, conducting market research, managing online presence, and monitoring sales performance.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hotel industry, is essential. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also required. A strong understanding of sales principles, marketing techniques, and CRM tools is necessary. Finally, the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals is crucial.
Estimated salary range for this position is $110,000-$110,000 per year.
