Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Manager to lead our residential sales team. In this role, you will supervise the daily operations of the team, focusing on selling best-in-class services to our customers while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

As a successful Residential Sales Director, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new sales staff. You will also set clear expectations, hold employees accountable, and develop plans to address knowledge gaps within the team.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will work closely with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field and 40% in the office. As a seasoned leader, you will coach your team to follow Charter's Sales Process and communicate territory assignments clearly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work outside in various weather conditions. A bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience, is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the residential sales team
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new sales staff

• Develop plans to address knowledge gaps within the team
• Work closely with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience
• Strong technical and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $100K - $150K per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
