Job Title: Luxury Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Travel Coordinator at Wagner Bespoke Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our clients' luxury travel experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the team with routine administrative tasks such as quoting and booking travel, updating CRMs, and creating and managing client itineraries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client travel plans, including coordinating with suppliers and hotel general managers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of luxury travel destinations, hotel brands, and clientele to provide expert recommendations and support to our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; OR 2 years of related experience (in addition to bachelors degree in another field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite, with experience in AXUS a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Please note that the salary will vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, previous performance, etc. Although benefits are not in place at this time, it's likely they are implemented in the future as we continue to grow. Potential Bonus structure likely available.
