We are seeking a skilled Histologist PRN I Histo/Surgical I Variable to join our team at UF Health. As a Histologist, you will be responsible for preparing tissues and body fluids for diagnostic evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine embedding, microtomy, staining, and laboratory equipment maintenance
- Conduct special staining techniques, immunohistochemistry, and enzyme histochemistry
- Ensure all regulations and productivity standards are met or surpassed
- State license as a Histotechnologist required
- One year of relevant experience preferred
This is a PRN position with variable shift hours and a weekend on-call rotation following a 6-month probation period.
