About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Registration and Scheduling: Greet patients, assist with registration, and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clinical Support: Assist physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes, and other first aid procedures.
  • Lab Testing: Conduct onsite lab testing, including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
  • Charting and Filing: Update patient charts and files, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, exemplifying Duly Health and Care's CARE values.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: May require phlebotomy certification to be completed within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience: Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT, or 2 years of prior experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care.
  • Skills: Prior experience using an electronic medical record preferred.
