Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: Greet patients, assist with registration, and schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Medical Support: Assist physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, and other first aid procedures.
- Lab Testing: Conduct onsite lab testing, including EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, and urine pregnancy tests.
- Charting and Filing: Update patient charts and maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, exemplifying Duly Health and Care's CARE values.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: CPR certification or willingness to become certified upon hire required. Phlebotomy certification may be required within 90 days of hire.
- Experience: Prior experience working as an MA, CMA, CNA, EMT, or 2 years of experience working in a medical office assisting with patient care.
- Skills: Prior experience using an electronic medical record preferred.
