Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a part-time role as a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the enhancement and implementation of our quality management system. This part-time opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art quality system.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products/services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to design and develop a robust quality management system aligned with industry best practices.
* Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality system and contribute to the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Support the development and delivery of training programs to ensure awareness and understanding of the quality system throughout the organization.
* Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the quality system.

Requirements:

* Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Basic understanding of quality management principles and standards.
