Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Advanced Oral Surgery & Periodontics. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients to gather accurate health histories.
  • Maintain precise records and prepare detailed oral reports.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve unit goals by utilizing relationships with individuals and community resources.
  • Prepare, administer, and record medications accurately.
  • Closely monitor vital signs to ensure patient well-being.
  • Organize materials and equipment for clinical sessions and maintain adequate supplies.
  • Clean and maintain clinical equipment, adhering to proper disposal procedures.
  • Assist in patient recovery and discharge processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A registered nurse with an active state license is required.
  • BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS certification is preferred or obtainable within 6 months of employment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience is preferred.

  • The capacity to record operations accurately, legibly, and concisely.
  • Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to exercise tact, initiative, and sound judgment.

  • Experience with intravenous medications.
