We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs.
  • Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care.
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active state NP license.
  • Current National Board Certification for NPs.
  • Active state DEA licensure.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of NP experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow.
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $72,000 per year.
