Job Summary:

The Bilingual Director of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for all employees, including coach operators, van drivers, and diesel technicians. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement, and OSHA and Diesel Tech Certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for all employees
  • Train drivers on FMCSA and local, state, and federal laws
  • Supervise driver performance and safety
  • Conduct road tests and provide reports to business leaders
  • Work with other departments to create training material
  • Identify and correct equipment issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
  • 5 years of job-related experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement
  • OSHA Certification
  • Diesel Tech Certification
