Service Desk Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead our IT support team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Service Desk team, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and incidents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous learning within the team.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a large service desk team (18+ agents).
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on metrics-driven performance.
- Cultural fit and technical experience preferred.
Our Call Center is open from 7am-8pm, 7 days a week, providing flexible scheduling options for our employees. We offer 2x 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break. Our technology infrastructure includes Dell Servers, Desktops, and Laptops, as well as Mobile Devices (Android, iOS, Windows).
