Insurance Sales Representative

At The Elmer Agency, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a remote agent, you'll leverage our robust support system and commission structure to achieve financial independence.

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to excel in a commission-only environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education in sales is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or be a permanent resident in the U.S.
