About the Job:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to fill a travel nursing position in Bangor, Maine. This opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a hospital and contribute to patient care while exploring the beautiful state of Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, with strong assessment and critical thinking skills. As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a current RN license in Maine or a compact state, have at least 1-2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience, and possess American Heart Association BLS certification. Tele course experience is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits:
This travel nursing opportunity comes with a competitive salary range of $1,980 - $2,146 per week, which includes tax-free stipends for meals, housing, and incidentals.
