About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who can provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses, making recommendations for treatment and management of patient conditions
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
What We Offer

- Patient load: 12-18 patients on average per day

Requirements
- DNP or MSN degree in Nursing required
- Current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Location
Southern Maine, within 2 hours of Bangor, which has an international airport.
