We are seeking a talented Team Lead to join our team in Region 1. As a Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive business growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the engineering industry, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, and strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all project and team activities in the Region, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain and develop a high-performing team through staff attraction, recruitment, and retention within the Region.
  • Actively engage in client relationships through effective communication, customer service, and responsiveness to client needs with responsibility for project and service delivery.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
