Clinical Supervisor

Penn State Health is seeking a clinical supervisor to lead our team of nurses at Lancaster Medical Center. As a clinical supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.

Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
- Supervise a team of nurses and ensure that they are providing high-quality care to patients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
To be successful as a clinical supervisor, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
