Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Jamison Professional Services, Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in engineering management, with a focus on overseeing large-scale projects and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, and maintaining a high level of quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
