Rettew Associates is seeking an accomplished Team Manager to lead our Municipal Team in Region 1. The successful candidate will oversee project managers, engineers, planners, and subject experts, guiding them towards achieving exceptional results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our engineering and consulting industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all project activities in the Region, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Maintain and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, retention, and growth initiatives
  • Engage with clients through effective communication, customer service, and responsiveness to their needs
  • Identify business development opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with other managers and leadership team members to support company-wide initiatives and goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of progressively established experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on staff, project, client, contract, and quality management
  • A B.S. Degree in Engineering, Civil, Environmental, or a related field (an MS or advanced business degree is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a large, diverse team
  • A proven track record of success in project management, business development, and client relations
  • Technical knowledge of Municipal discipline and Water/Wastewater market needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
