We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a contract position with long-term potential and is located in Las Vegas, NV/Norcross GA (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to standard proactive customer communication intervals, including phone calls and emails, to provide updates on project progression and scheduling changes.
  • Update and track projects in Project Management tools and provide consistent updates and communications to the status of projects.
  • Partner with Project Management staff to assist during the project lifecycle.
  • Work effectively and influentially across boundary partners to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: Telecom Network, Project Coordinator, Wireless Networks, routers, Switches, Hospitality Networks.
  • Resource can sit in Norcross, GA or Las Vegas, NV.
  • Las Vegas Onsite Essential 8am-5pm for Las Vegas.
  • Norcross, GA Hybrid - minimum Tues-Wed onsite, 8am-5pm.
  • Target years of experience: 1-2 years.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Problem Solver.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Project Coordination/Management experience.
