Job Title: Lead Security Systems Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Systems Technician to join our team at Security 101. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, terminating, configuring, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems, and visitor management systems.
  • Leading a team on project installations and ensuring quality control.
  • Providing fanatical customer service and taking responsibility for tracking project progress.
  • Managing and maintaining security systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in installing, servicing, and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a project lead responsible for complete project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems, and visitor management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current certification or proficiency in Access Control, Video, or Intrusion systems.
  • Knowledge of networking and internet protocols.
