Suppression Technicians Wanted

We are seeking experienced Suppression Technicians to join our team at Koorsen Fire & Security, Inc. in the Columbus, OH area. As a Suppression Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, installation, and repair of Clean Agent, CO2, and Fire Alarm systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting Clean Agent, CO2, and Fire Alarm systems and documenting deficiencies
  • Installing Clean Agent, CO2, and Fire Alarm systems per drawings
  • Servicing and repairing Clean Agent, CO2, and Fire Alarm systems
  • Traveling throughout the Midwest, mainly Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama
  • Interacting with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner

Requirements include:

  • Relevant Fire Protection, Life Safety, or Low Voltage experience
  • Relevant Mechanical or technician experience
  • Experience with electronic testing devices
  • Passing drug and background screenings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
