Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly and motivated Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest who walks through our door.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client.
  • Manage client bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • On-board new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles.
  • Check-in and retail-out customer sessions.
  • Greet customers and escort them to their service of choice.
  • Administer non-medical and non-specialty services.
  • Provide service tours and sell packages and memberships.
  • Execute opening and closing duties.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and modalities.
  • Educate clients on Restore modalities.
  • Assist with store operations, including cleanliness, laundry, and customer outreach.
Requirements
  • A passion for health and wellness.
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service/fitness environment.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Holds or working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
