As a Clinical Liaison at Select Specialty Hospital, you will serve as a vital link between our hospital and the healthcare community. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to promote our hospital's services and facilitate the transfer of patients who require our specialized care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to promote our hospital's services and facilitate patient transfers.
- Conduct clinical assessments of referred patients to determine their suitability for our hospital's care.
- Counsel with patients and their families to assist them in making informed decisions about their care.
- Partner with hospital case managers to create smooth patient transfer processes and address any operational or payer-related barriers.
- Collaborate with our clinical teams to develop and implement effective care plans for patients.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
- Strong clinical background, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of payers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
