Responsibilities of a Clinical Supervisor (RN)
  • Assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing agency operations, acting as a liaison between referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.
  • Help staff develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, providing revisions as needed.
  • Respond to calls from field staff and physicians regarding care orders or issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Update medication profiles and schedules as necessary.
  • Hold weekly case conferences to address decisions made based on case findings.
  • Ensure referral source satisfaction and continually seek ways to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Enter referrals into our Home Care Home Base accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, staff evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Qualifications for a Clinical Supervisor (RN)
  • Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Oklahoma with good standing.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in the home health care industry.
  • CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 60 days of being hired.
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines regarding home health agencies.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Work Schedule

This full-time leadership position works a typical schedule of 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
