  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
