Patient Services Representative

Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Outreach Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, administering day-to-day patient scheduling and registration, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Mobile Medical Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the Mobile Medical Unit to outreach locations and administer patient scheduling and registration
- Provide accurate and efficient patient check-in and registration services
- Work collaboratively with the Medical Assistant and Medical Provider to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and 5-year driving history loss/clean drivers abstract
- Familiarity with common software programs, including Windows-based programs and iPad
- Ability to quickly learn electronic medical record system (Athena)
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, community members, and staff members, politely and professionally
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience driving oversize vehicle or capable of learning to drive oversize vehicle
- One year working in a medical office preferred
- A competitive hourly rate of $21.00
- A 40-hour work week
