Job Summary:

As a Commercial Customer Account Manager at Jobot, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts. This involves providing exceptional customer service, cultivating relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

About the Role:

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and a proven track record in account management. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the best value and service.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and insurers.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
