We are seeking a skilled Account Management Specialist - Commercial Lines to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our Commercial Lines Team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and a proven track record in account management. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
  • An understanding of insurance products and industry trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.
