Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Jobot. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with our Client Service Advisors and Commercial Lines Team to provide exceptional customer service and cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management. You should have exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships. Additionally, proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications is essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
  5. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the best value and service.
  6. Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and insurers.
  7. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
