Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative at Asure Software, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and drive revenue for our suite of SaaS and Cloud software solutions.
You will be required to make a high number of outbound calls to prospective clients, educate them on our products and services, and build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong ability to articulate product value proposition, excellent communication skills, and a tenacious work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and call high-value clients
- Make a high number of outbound calls to prospective clients
- Educate prospective clients on company products and services
- Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customers
- Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads (a minimum of 100 calls and emails per day)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development roles
- Experience with SaaS or Cloud Solution sales highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
- Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
- Ability to articulate product value proposition
