District Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at Delight Restaurant Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
• Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory management, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our restaurants remain competitive and compliant.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of restaurant managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
• Experience with restaurant management software and other technology systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
