- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, physical, and social-emotional growth.
- Foster a welcoming classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and encouraged to express themselves.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Plan and lead stimulating activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
