Overview

Soliant is a leading provider of speech therapy services, seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Dinglewood, Georgia.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, dental, and 401k plans, as well as liability insurance coverage.

Job Description

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students who have communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing their conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans. You will provide individual and group therapy sessions, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Requirements

  • A valid Georgia State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

Location

This position is located in Dinglewood, Georgia, and requires onsite work during the 2023-2024 school year.
