Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a member of our outpatient therapy department, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid Ohio license in Speech Pathology. Previous pediatric experience is desirable but not required.

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with varied diagnoses to determine developmental and/or functional status using standardized measures or clinical observations.
  • Administer therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits.
  • Educate patients/parents/caregivers on treatment goals and therapy plan.
