Dynamic Speech Therapist Opportunity in Georgia

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join a school district in Georgia.
Job OverviewWe are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the remainder of the school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Salary & BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary with weekly pay and guaranteed work hours. Additionally, we provide liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week, as well as stipends under certain circumstances.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a valid Georgia State SLP License and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent. Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
We estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
