About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at Total Education Solutions. As a Teletherapy Provider, you will work with students in the Cincinnati area, providing online speech therapy services.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $35.50-$41.16 per hour, contingent upon experience, credentialing, and education. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement plans.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide telecommute/remote speech services that adhere to IEP goals and objectives
  • Administer evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care
  • Keep accurate records and provide updates on student progress and recommendations regarding IEPs
  • Communicate ongoing student progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, and other service professionals

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Speech Pathologist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board and hold a Pupil Service License by the Ohio Department of Education
  • Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and have a minimum of two years of experience
  • Familiar with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools' policies, rules, and regulations regarding programs and pupils
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing and ability to travel to multiple sites daily
  • Ability to clear a background check through the FBI and BCI and hold valid CPR and First Aid training certificate
