Client Experience Supervisor

OVERVIEW: In the role of Client Experience Supervisor, you will oversee the personal training division and manage a team of trainers to ensure exceptional service for our clientele. Your primary focus will be on fostering relationships, driving sales, and upholding service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales and Client Management: Maintain financial profiles and stimulate growth in personal training revenue.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure the upkeep of the facility and its equipment.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service and assist members in reaching their fitness objectives.
  • Member Engagement: Address feedback, membership inquiries, and requests.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships and participate in community initiatives.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a representative of the Anytime Fitness brand and advocate for personal development.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:

  • Directly oversee a team of staff within the facility.
  • Plan, delegate, and monitor work activities, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive outlook.
  • Understanding of health, fitness, and exercise science.
  • Coachable and approachable demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science is preferred.
  • Prior experience in fitness training is required.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED, Personal Training (or the ability to obtain certification).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS Systems, and Gym Management Software.
