We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Associate to join our team at RapidRatings. As a key member of our Client Delivery and Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our global clients, facilitating program operations of the FHR Exchange, and managing support inquiries via telephone and email.
Key Responsibilities- Product Support: Work with our team to manage and complete incoming service inquiries from across our client base, allocating work internally to ensure timely responses and successful outcomes for our clients.
- Program Management: Understand the nuances of how our services fit within various client programs, supporting the success of our clients' programs through providing best practices and strategic guidance to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity of our database of Client and counterparty contacts is critical to our overall program success, assisting in maintaining, updating, and reconciling operational data across our tech stack as necessary.
- Client Configuration: Execute the administrative tasks for onboarding new clients and establishing the program workflows necessary for each client's risk management program.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Detail-Oriented and Self-Motivated: You must be detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional Critical and Strategic Thinking Skills: Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills are required to succeed in this role.
- Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience are required.
- Enterprise B2B Support Experience: Enterprise B2B support experience is a plus.
