Job Summary

RapidRatings is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our internal databases and supporting our clients in their programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support clients in their programs by providing expert guidance and best practices.
  • Work with our team to manage and execute import requests from across our client base.
  • Utilize various platforms and tools to support internal and external workflows.
Requirements
  • Excel proficiency required.
  • Interest in understanding platform function and setup.
  • Experience working with large data sets a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
