Role: Associate Replenishment Manager

Location: Onsite - Bentonville, AR

This role collaborates closely with the Senior Replenishment Manager, internal teams, and Walmart's Replenishment Managers. The primary responsibility is to oversee daily Store/DC inventory, maintain product availability, track promotional activities, and assist with modular resets. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Walmart Replenishment Team as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Replenishment Manager in managing inventory levels, Store/DC stock, forecasts, and analyzing customer trends to identify and address replenishment issues.
  • Oversee Walmart's Display Ready Pallet (DRP) program, coordinating with cross-functional teams from order placement to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Shearer's Replenishment team to monitor and communicate On-Time In-Full (OTIF) and Supplier Quality Excellence Process (SQEP) metrics to stakeholders.
  • Provide a weekly report to the Walmart Replenishment Manager detailing supplier in-stock levels, identifying any items below target, root causes, and action plans for recovery.
  • Work alongside the Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve replenishment challenges to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the Food or Consumer Products sectors.
  • Experience with Walmart and/or Club retail environments is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Office 365 (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint) and Walmart systems (Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA, Item 360, Supplier ONE).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
