This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Service Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve clinical service delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline clinical operations, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Performance Improvement: Monitor and evaluate clinical staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance quality and productivity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration among clinical staff, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of clinical services.
**Leadership and Collaboration
- Liaison Role: Serve as liaison between Site Operations Manager (SOM), Providers, Senior Leadership, and clinical support staff.
- Decision-Making: Collaborate with management, medical staff, and clinical leaders in decision-making processes as requested by CNO, CHO, and CEO.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues and conflicts.
- Fund Management: Implement cost controls to ensure maximum effectiveness of funds expended on clinical services.
**Requirements and Expectations
- Supervisory Role: Supervise clinical support staff team members, certified medical assistants, and function as a staff nurse when necessary.
- Leadership Development: Directly supervise Clinical Services Leads at all facilities and co-manage medical assistants and nursing staff.
- Training and Evaluation: Ensure proper training/orientation of new clinical staff, including LPN/CMA, and complete employee evaluations by specified deadlines.
**Compensation and Benefits
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
