Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Office Manager to oversee our business and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the office, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include customer service, scheduling, organizing files, handling receivables and payables, answering calls and responding to client questions, scheduling appointments, processing payroll, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
