Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support the Energy Institute's internal and external communication programs. The successful candidate will assist with planning, implementing, and reporting on email, social media, and website programs, as well as design graphics, flyers, and publications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and implementation of email, social media, and website programs
  • Design and create graphics, flyers, and publications
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and communications
  • Provide administrative support for the Energy Institute office, including maintaining supplies, assisting with meeting setup and cleanup, and coordinating maintenance and service requests
  • Work closely with senior team members to prepare research project budgets and build knowledge of UT research administration
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks are essential for this role.
